I’m a die-hard fan for Apple releases. As I remember, I never miss any of Apple iPhone releases for last four years.

Even though whichever mobile pieces makers announce many of events to bring out their new babies, I not fall in love with any of their announcements. My love is only for Apple and I got attraction on their style of releases.

But, this time, when I started to see that simple Grey line design with just the letters Oct. 4 on left and the most familiar four colours G on the right, I just turned to say “WOW!”. With the expectation of another finely crafted masterpiece to the mobile world from the giant, this time, my mind fell in love with the Google’s Pixel Event.

G… Giant… Google…

My head was up with the expectation to meet the Pixel on October 04th and however due to the hours loaded with other professional commitments, I missed to meet Pixel in live. Just a day before, the leaked images and information of Pixel walk through the web also blasted the mind like a glass which suddenly met a stone.

However, as expected the official announcement of Google, really it’s fantastic to meet the Pixel officially..!

Almost, with the burnt and blasted batteries, Samsung burnt and blasted its reputation as well. Within the battle of Apple and Samsung, this time, Google’s Pixel arrived in the war field like one man army. After series of releases of Nexus by shaking hands with other hardware makers to incorporate its most lovable software, ‘Android’, this time, Google cleared the ground to play with its very own hardware.

Obviously, one of the reasons that why Apple keep prominent domination in the mobile market is its carved the body at their own and pumping blood into the body via their own soul, iOS. In Android’s scenario, even though the Google provides the soul, someone else gives the body to it. Now, Google took that advantage also in its hands to carve own body for their very own soul and hopefully it’ll give positive turn for the Android’s domination and Google’s domination as well in the mobile world.

Wait..! the sales will tell rest of the story…

Let's move to see what Pixel brought to this world. With the rounded edges, the body of Pixel sculpted with the aerospace grade aluminium body with glass surface at the back top portion. The display covered with Corning® Gorilla® Glass 4 and the body powered by Google’s most latest release of Android 7.1 Nougat. As stated by Google, the Pixel ‘phones will get software and security updates as soon as they’re available, directly from Google.’ Also ,Google said that ‘When a new update is available, it can download and install in the background - no more waiting around for your phone to update.’ It seems cool..! Isn't it?

It’s the name of the fingerprint sensor placed at the glass body area on the backside of the Pixel. It can be used to unlock the phone and swipe down on the fingerprint sensor will give quick access to notifications.

With the hands on experience of Allo, many people said their first hello to Google Assistant which brings the answer to us on the questions we throw at it. Pixel is the first phone which has the Google Assistant as an attached assistance which comes with the phone and like Siri, Google Assistant will help along with certain system tasks as well like create a reminder.

As like “Hey Siri” to wake-up the Apple ’s assistant, it’s time to say “Ok Google” to wake-up Google Assistant to get support.

It’s really an amazing and most needed feature as not need to worry on click countless snaps on a vacation with climbing a cliff.

As stated above, a most wanted feature arrived with Google’s Pixel that is, for 7 hours of battery life, it just needs to put the Pixel in charge only for 15 minutes. Hope, it’s enough to plug the charger with the Pixel just a moment ago before load the travelling bag on shoulder.

If you ask me, is it really worth to spend on Pixel? I’ll throw a question back, “Why not?” Hopefully, it’s worth to have such beautiful and powerful device in hands which really a good opponent to iPhone.
